02AhrefsBacklink profile, referring domains, and the keyword set you rank for versus the set your competitors rank for. Plus AI-response monitoring on your domain.

03Screaming FrogA full crawl. Broken links, redirect chains, orphaned pages, duplicate titles, missing schema, and every page a crawler can reach but a buyer cannot.

04Local FalconA grid scan of your map-pack position from every point across your service area. Not one rank — a map of where you win and where you vanish.

05PageSpeed InsightsCore Web Vitals, field data where it exists, lab data where it does not. Mobile first, because that is where the calls come from.

06NAP sweepName, address, and phone across the directories that feed the map pack. Inconsistencies get logged with the exact record that needs correcting.

07Professional readA person goes through the site the way a buyer would, on a phone, and writes down where the structure fails. Tools do not catch everything.

Day one of every engagement is a baseline scan — filed before any work begins.

A Local Falcon grid, a Lighthouse run, and a Search Console export, taken before we touch anything and filed with the date on them. It is the only way a later claim of improvement means anything.

It also means that if we make things worse, the record shows that too. We would rather carry that risk than ask you to take our word for the result.
