01the plans

Three intensities.

The build is priced separately from the retainer. Which retainer you need is not a question you should have to answer — the inspection answers it.

02the build

$300 per page.

Most builds start between eight and fifteen pages. That is not a package — it is the range the inspection usually justifies for a service business with one location and a handful of real services.

The platform is built to expand. Pages are added as rankings dictate, not as a contract renewal approaches. If the grid scan shows you are invisible in a town you serve, that is when the page for it gets built, and it gets built with something in it worth reading.

03the retainers

Foundation

$4,000monthly

The structure, maintained and fed. Technical health held at spec, the answer library growing on a weekly cadence, the map-pack grid rescanned monthly, and the reporting that shows what moved.

This is the tier for a business whose site is sound and whose problem is visibility. It is also where most engagements start, because the inspection usually finds structure worth keeping.

Framework

$6,500monthly

Everything in Foundation, plus the channels that feed it. Amplification of the answers that earn citations, local content built against the grid scan, and review-flow work where the map pack is being decided on volume.

Prescribed when the inspection shows the structure is not the constraint — reach is.

Landmark

$10,000monthly

Everything above, plus the automations that compound it. Speed-to-lead routing, call tracking wired to the source, and the internal reporting that tells you which page paid for itself this month.

For businesses where a single missed call is expensive enough that the machinery is cheaper than the loss.

04the term

Structures aren’t judged the week the concrete is poured.

Six-month minimum, stated plainly so nobody has to find it in a contract. Rankings, citations, and map-pack position move on a timescale that does not care about billing cycles. Anyone promising otherwise is selling the promise, not the result.

what one job is worth

one new roof
$12,000
one new case
$25,000
one new contract
$40,000

The arithmetic is not subtle. One job the site would not otherwise have produced covers the retainer for a quarter or more, depending on the trade. That is the entire investment case, and it either holds for your numbers or it does not.

The inspection prescribes the tier.

$1,000, credited to your first month. Nobody sells you a Landmark retainer for a Foundation problem.
