02the grid

Local Falcon scan grid: a seven-by-seven matrix of ranking pins over a coastal North Carolina map. The upper two thirds are almost entirely green ones, sliding to twos, threes and a few yellow fours toward the southern edge of the service area.
Every dot is where this business ranks from that spot on the map.

04generative search

0 to 325 AI search appearances.

At baseline the domain did not appear in a single generative answer we could find. Ninety days later the Ahrefs AI-responses index counted 325 appearances. The work that produced it was not exotic: answer the questions people actually ask, in the words they ask them, with specifics a model cannot invent, and mark it up so it can be quoted.

05what we did

  1. 01Baseline scan filed day one: Local Falcon grid, Lighthouse, and a Search Console export, dated before anything was touched.
  2. 02Rebuilt the site on a static stack — the old build was a page builder shipping its whole component library to render five sections.
  3. 03Structured the service and location pages against the grid scan, so a page exists where the business was invisible and nowhere else.
  4. 04Wrote the answer set the way buyers actually ask, with real prices and real timelines, and marked it up so it can be quoted.
  5. 05Rescanned the grid monthly and left the exports in the client folder, which is where the numbers on this page come from.
